If you enquire through this website to potentially sell a property to Morlo or work with Morlo in any other regard, we collect and use your personal data in order for us to provide you with our services. The personal data we collect and use may include:

In the majority of cases this is either to quote for a property related service such as valuation or a cash offer to purchase an asset from you etc.

For example, we will need to share your details with related and external third parties such as, but not limited to; evaluators, estate agencies, lawyers, rental companies, locksmiths, maintenance companies, amenities providers etc, who are required to provide part or all of a service in order to complete your request, to establish the value and or condition of your asset, to provide us with access to your property etc.

We do not collect or share personal data for sale to third parties.

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us by email with your request to info@morlocaptial.com or using the deregistration tools available on our newsletters.

We will not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area
